Amazing car buying experience I purchased a vehicle from Three Rivers from Houston Texas. Jim Bundy was the salesman I dealt with and he was excellent. Being that I am out of state I purchased a vehicle from Three Rivers from Houston Texas. Jim Bundy was the salesman I dealt with and he was excellent. Being that I am out of state communication is key and he definitely communicated well. He also helped me with the financing and made sure it didn’t lapse the 30 days so I was able to secure the lower interest rate. Absolutely professional and a pleasure to work with. For the financing portion, I worked with Jordan Novak and he was just as great. Didn’t try to hoodwink me with this and that warranty, he made sure I was aware of all the warranties and insurance options however never tried to be forceful with the transaction. These guys were professional and definitely not sleazy. Highly recommended. More

Very poor service I called every day for a week and left messages and never got a call back. I asked to speak with owner to just make sure he or she knows how customers I called every day for a week and left messages and never got a call back. I asked to speak with owner to just make sure he or she knows how customers are being treated because the receptionist had an attitude when she asked if I wanted to talk to manager. I told her no I will get my car serviced else where. The owner was not there so I asked when he or she would be there and she couldn't tell me or should I say wouldn't tell me. I am still looking into contacting owner because I highly doubt he or she would be happy to know that customers are being treated the way I was More

Slow, rude and lacks attention to detail I purchased two Jeeps from this dealership and have had all of my maintenance done there over the last four years-ish. The sales people are rude and appear too busy to give you their complete attention. The service department is slow, inconsiderate and regularly misinforms you (I don’t believe intentionally but it is consistently). I really can’t think of one good thing to say about this dealership other than they are located about 5 miles from my house. Did work without notifying me first. I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee towed there when it would not start. Of course the service charges were high, nearly $600 to scan the fault code and repl I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee towed there when it would not start. Of course the service charges were high, nearly $600 to scan the fault code and replace a battery. What really annoyed me was finding out THEY PERFORMED OTHER WORK ON THE JEEP WITHOUT ASKING ME IN ADVANCE!!! They performed a warranty replacement without asking me if I wanted it done. I didn't find out about the work until they called me about a part being in for a second recall on the Jeep. I will not go back there. It is a real shame that independent repair shops do not have the tools to scan modern cars and do repairs. More
