Thank you service dept! My car was scheduled for inspection and regular 10,000 mile check up and oil change. What I didn't realize was that it was scheduled the same day I h My car was scheduled for inspection and regular 10,000 mile check up and oil change. What I didn't realize was that it was scheduled the same day I had to attend a seminar at IUP. I called and talked to Steve and explained my situation. He told me he was extremely busy, but bring the car in the day before, and he would try to have it done early the day I leave. Well I took the car early afternoon the day before and hoped for the best.. Around 3 hours later, I got a call from the service dept that the car was done!!! That is what I call outstanding service!!!! Thanks go out to Steve, for making sure I was taken care of and able to attend my seminar. Awesome service to say the least!!! More
