"I recently visited this dealership with the intention of purchasing lease/vehicle. I arrived prepared with all my documentation—proof of residence, bank statements, and a clear vision of the car I wanted. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disheartening. Instead of reviewing the documents I had ready or discussing my goals, the manager and team focused entirely on my credit score as a way to dismiss me. They didn't even look at my financial proof or discuss my budget; they instead attempted to pressure me into a vehicle that did not meet my standards or needs. It was clear that the level of service provided was based on profiling rather than an assessment of me as a serious, capable buyer. I know my worth, and I know I deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect, just like we treat our patients. I work for a well known medical organization- I will share my experience. Since I left feeling undervalued and dismissed. I would recommend that this dealership reevaluates how they treat prospective customers—a credit score is just a number, but how you treat people is a reflection of your character. Do better! More

My truck is a 2018 GMC 2500 Denali it has been back to the dealership multiple times for the same issue In which has cost thousands. The service rep.’s recommendation was that I should buy a new truck. This truck barely has turned 100,000 miles and the issue lies within this def system. A few days prior to the check engine light coming on again this time there was an oil change service in which the truck came home and due to a miss installed oil filter, It leaked oil all over my driveway and underneath the truck frame it was taken back the very next day to have the oil filter installed correctly and then the very next day the check engine light came on. I was under the impression that the dealer that Specializes in the product they sell should know the vehicle like the back of their hand and it shouldn’t be returning for the same issue multiple times at the customers expense and for sure the service rep shouldn’t be recommending just to replace the more than $100,000 truck since they can’t figure out the problem. Very unsettling experience. I would be really grateful if the service manager was to set up a meeting to address these issues. It would be really nice to have an honest dealership to have my vehicles worked on and maintained. More
