It seems like every time I bring my vehicle in, something happens and the lack of follow through if the advisor isn’t in is frustrating. I did appreciate that they were quick to provide me with a nice in hou happens and the lack of follow through if the advisor isn’t in is frustrating. I did appreciate that they were quick to provide me with a nice in house rental. With my experience, I think some things that could be improved is 1) having someone else reach out to customers if advisor isn’t available; don’t make us wait all day for a status. Every day my vehicle was there, I would wait all day until 3 to hear something and would finally have to call myself to get a status. 2) quality check; not sure if this is done when parts arrive before mechanic attempts to fix but there was some delay with a part that had been ordered and came in broken and needed to be reordered. I did appreciate how friendly everyone is, especially Juanita who jumped in to check me out when my vehicle was ready. More

Lobos the sales guy was great and April in financing could not have been more sweet also the Banker behinds the glass did not drive a hard bargain. We got exactly what we wanted!!!!!
