Bonnie answered our call, she was excellent, provided us guidance to use On-Star, made follow up calls to check on us. Brandon, the night security officer, quickly guided the tow truck driver to service area and help us with process of leaving our car. Juanita was the service representative who made an urgent repair happen, quickly arranging Kelly to assess our car and then dealing with the repair.
