I came in for an oil change and found that it had not been greased! Called the dealership back and I was informed that you don't grease vehicles unless I specifically request it and I would be charged ac been greased! Called the dealership back and I was informed that you don't grease vehicles unless I specifically request it and I would be charged accordingly! This was never explained to me on either of my 2 trucks when I brought them in! Very poor service department! More
