Did not meet my expectations in the service department. Brought in my car for a service and I couldn’t use my service plan previously purchased at another dealer. Usually, the service advisor does a walk around a vehicle before receiving it to ensure there are no damages. I had to pay out-of-pocket my oil change, but if it weren’t for me, mentioning my GMC points, I would’ve paid full price. They did give me a discount on the oil change I will say. also towards the end of the service I had to go fetch my car in the parking lot instead of once again, inspecting the vehicle before release.
