The service manager was great and the completed work was well done My complaint is with the management. I dropped off my car in the morning at about the appointed appointment time. It took this company 2 well done My complaint is with the management. I dropped off my car in the morning at about the appointed appointment time. It took this company 2 days to replace one front shock absorber. I thought this was ridiculous. I would think that more than one half day would be adequate to run the diagnostics and replacement. To keep the car for that amount of time and not give us a courtesy vehicle is not the kind of service I expect from cadalliac and is not nearly up to the level that I have received from other dealerships. I can tell the difference from the other guys… My Chevrolet runs better and I know for sure they used the proper oil…other guys use mystery oil and filter, even ask Sylvia the truck runs better.
