Took in our 2021 Suburban to get an oil change. Scheduled an appointment. Waited over 2.5hrs to receive my vehicle back. Had to go to the counter and ask them if I could have my keys for my vehicle Scheduled an appointment. Waited over 2.5hrs to receive my vehicle back. I understand oil changes take time, but other vehicles who showed up after mine were being serviced and leaving before I did. More

They sell cars without thoroughly checking them. I’ve had multiple issues with my Cadillac and nothing has been done. Each time I’ve picked it up from the dealer there is always a new issue.
