The shuttle service is the best thing they have going for them by far. The service guy I worked with could stand to be a lot more friendly. Almost seemed kinda disgruntled. They assign you a specific person and both times I had to wait 15 minutes probably to see this person and there’s no stools or tv or magazines to look at while your are waiting there a few feet from their booth.
