From start to finish Jaimie was great. Even when a problem surfaced we both compromised & I got a bargain on the sensor that I needed, every aspect of the process was painless. Couldn't find my car anywhere when they handed me my keys... So while strolling out into the lot I activated my key fob. I saw the light blink, I hit the button again. The third time I hit the button & shake the Cobb webs from my head. Turns out that actually was my Captiva, I just didn't recognize it, being so clean. Under the hood as well! More

Angie is a wonderful person to deal with as the morning went by she kept us informed regarding our 1914 Silverado LTZ pick up truck. Angie truly knows and performs a high quality of customer service. We also had another 3 Way Chevrolet employee by the name of Paul he also was a great person to deal with. Same as Angie. During the last service we dealt with Robert Atkison he kept us there for a whole day without letting us know regarding our truck we had to keep asking what was going on with the truck we were there with nothing to eat he back talked to my wife and was extremely rude with us he has no sense of customer service we are a couple in our 83 and 75 years old living in Porterville he ( Robert) is just too ignorant regarding our age and how far we live. More
