When I was called by Three Way Chevrolet prior to reaching my first necessary oil change they said I should call and make an appointment when the time comes but when I tried I was told by several people that I talked to by phone that they do not make appointments for Oil changes and maintenance checks. I felt that since I purchased the car there and this was for my first maintenance check for my new Equinox that I should be shown some priority but I guess that is not the way it works. More

We we're rushed out of the dealer because it was closing and asked to finish the on-star set up on the road as well as pairing, which we can do however seemed rude. During the paper work process the sales person was also rushed asking us to fill out forms that he would otherwise complete, to "speed up" the process. This from a 23 year experienced salesman. This has been one the worst dealer experiences to date, of course because we are now off the lot and it's been a month after our purchase. Now of course it's a sales person vs our word situation. Our family has been around the auto dealer business for quite some time and this by far is a poor excuse from such a reputable and large volume dealership. Now I'm glad we didn't purchase our Traverse from Three Way 3 months ago. More
