Fixed jiffy lubes mess I took my car because i needed it fixed after jiffy lube had changed a thermostat. Service dept. is completely incompetent I would give no stars if it was possible... Dont waste your time. They cant even do an oil change right! 2 of 3 last oil changes (included with purch I would give no stars if it was possible... Dont waste your time. They cant even do an oil change right! 2 of 3 last oil changes (included with purchase of new vehicle) resulted in loose oil filters. Now I have oil on my driveway and oil all under my new car. On tire rotations, same deal, 2 out of 3 times the tires WERE NOT rotated. When I questioned the service advisor, he assured me they were rotated, yet the guy who does it, said nope. On general warranty work, the work is shotty at best. Took my car in for a few items, low and behold, problem couldnt be duplicated, after a week in the shop(which is code for we were to busy to get yo your problem) . Took it to the local GMC dealership...problems fixed. More
