Three way is awesome and Ricky our service Tech is the best! Highly recommend. We needed service during the Borel fire we drove the canyon and Ricky had a rental waiting and had our car ready the next day best! Highly recommend. Did not fix problem! Air bag recall, after they replaced sensor the next day the warning light comes on, and now they said bring it back could be another problem. I bought my current Cadillac XT5in 2018. ALL service needs (i.e. oil change, tire rotation, full check ups, new battery, new thermostat, etc.) are performed at the dealership. My Service Tec ALL service needs (i.e. oil change, tire rotation, full check ups, new battery, new thermostat, etc.) are performed at the dealership. My Service Technician, Hunter Villanueva, is always personable, courteous and attentive. Recently, I had a new battery and a new thermostat installed. My car began having no starts, warnings and erratic behavior. After two service calls, for which Hunter got me in immediately, the issue was determined to a fuse. Currently, all of problems listed above appear to be resolved. I commend Hunter for his customer support and the Cadillac technicians for their ability to correct the problem. Melody Dellostritto More
