Overall, I had a good experience. Oscar was my service provider for a little over a month and during that time he was patient, understanding, and as helpful as possible. There were times I wish communication was better from the rental department and wish the technician handled my vehicle better. I was also hoping that three-way would have advocated for my vehicle more for my warranty to approve my repairs. However, that’s neither here nor there now. It took over two weeks for the rental department to get back to me and Oscar had to contact them in order for me to get a response. The technician didn’t think to roll my windows up even though I was getting it towed to avoid storage fees and the engine was completely torn down. Thankfully my tow guy was able to connect my battery and roll them up to avoid my car getting broken into. Oscar made the tow process easy and was helpful enough to answer any questions about the repayment plan. More
