Three-Way Chevrolet Cadillac

I took my Cadillac SRX in because the engine light came on. My regular mechanic could not seem to get it right so I figured I’d go to the dealership and they would be able to take care of it. Spent $2000 t on. My regular mechanic could not seem to get it right so I figured I’d go to the dealership and they would be able to take care of it. Spent $2000 the first time and the engine light came on two days later. I went back and spent another $1400 for stuff I didn’t really need both times and the engine light still came on a day later. I truly feel I was ripped off by them jacking up stuff that wasn’t even needed in order to try and get the engine light off! This is a Cadillac not a piece of crap Japanese car!!! This kind of thing shouldn’t be happening! I’ve had 28 Cadillacs in my lifetime most of them classic cars and never had problems like this! Matthew however was very good in trying to help! Makes me wonder if during these hard times that they are trying to find ways to increase revenue for the service department! I am very very very disappointed to say the least! More
