I came into the Three way service center for an oil change and to have a spare key fob programmed I had purchased from a third party. The service Rep said the programming was not a problem and I left m change and to have a spare key fob programmed I had purchased from a third party. The service Rep said the programming was not a problem and I left my car with them. When I came back to pick up my car they said they couldn’t program the key because it was locked to another car. They also said my car wouldn’t start anymore and the only way I could drive it home was until I purchased a spare from them at their rate. I feel the dealer/ experts should have told me before disabling my car they couldn’t program the key. I was forced to pay the extra money for a new key to drive my car home. I feel got extorted out my money from this dealer. At the end they didn’t even give me a courtesy exterior car wash which they have always done with my oil changes. I pay premium to have my car serviced at the dealer and I expect premium customer service. I didn’t feel I was treated right and I have been a loyal three way customer for a long time. More

Awesome I went into Three_Way knowing what I wanted having already done the research on the truck I wanted. That being said Savannah (sp) was awesome. Somewhat satisified. Injectors needed to be cleaned which dealership said was on me not them. Bad cell in battery which i had to replace as well. Disappointed!!
