We were never surrounded like prey as with most car dealerships! We didn’t have an appointment so we waited in the comfortable, clean lounge for about 20 minutes, a very nice man named Alfred Marrero came to greet us and asked how he could help. We showed him a new car we saw on online and he looked up the vehicle and took us to see it. Alfred had such a kind and caring disposition, I was so surprised because I have had some very pushy car salesman that I have delt with all my life, and have never came across such a nice man like Alfred! He is truly a great guy! don’t think I could ever go anywhere else ever again! Alfred made our car buying experience at Thruway Nissan the BEST car buying experience we have ever had in our 30 years of buying cars! The finance manager Mike Starace was really such a pleasure to deal with! What a change from what I’m use to! We went on a Sunday around 2 pm, and were approved and the car was in our name in just a few hours! I think if anyone is looking for a truly pleasurable car buying experience, you need to go here! Service department is great, but sales are horrible!! the service department is great never have a problem but as far as sales go that’s a different story. I was having my car serviced and wanted to see about trading in my Nissan rouge, so I was dealing with a sales guy which took my info did all the paper and never heard back about anything. My wife loves Nissan Rogues and always went to PK Nissan and now I know why!!! They will do everything to get what you want or close to it and call you back. This dealership is a joke listen if you can’t get the deal done at LEAST CALL THE CUSTOMER BACK!!! More
