I had an appointment at 10:30am, I didn’t leave the dealership til 2pm. I guess they forgot about me and it took about three hours for an oil change. Absolutely ridiculous if I didn’t have lifetime oil dealership til 2pm. I guess they forgot about me and it took about three hours for an oil change.
