I had an appointment at 10:30am, I didn’t leave the dealership til 2pm. I guess they forgot about me and it took about three hours for an oil change. Absolutely ridiculous if I didn’t have lifetime oil More

Our records indicate that your scheduled appointment was at 10:00 AM, and unfortunately, it appears there was a delay with your arrival, as you were checked in at 11:17 AM. This delay resulted in approximately 20 vehicles already in line ahead of yours, which contributed to the longer wait time. We completed the service on your vehicle at 12:59 PM. We understand how valuable your time is and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused you. We appreciate your patience, especially given that your late arrival inadvertently extended the service time. Thank you for your commitment to our dealership through the lifetime oil changes program.
