Service writer kept you informed, they’ll wash your vehicle, and other employees walking around checked to see if you were being helped or needed anything. Brought van in to get oil change, tires rotated and Headrest fixed and a safety inspection. Dropped off and was called and told headrest were not covered under warranty. When we purchased we got a life Headrest fixed and a safety inspection. Dropped off and was called and told headrest were not covered under warranty. When we purchased we got a life time warranty and now being told that van is 10 years old and headrest are not covered anymore. Was told to call Chrysler and boy what a joke. You have to play phone tag and waste hours getting to someone that will get back with you but never does. Finally got a e-mail saying van was over 10 years old and headrest are not covered. When to pick up van and was handed a bill that charged me to get tires rotated. I complained, because when we got the tires from your dealership we were told we had life time rotation on tires. Had to wait to print another bill and paid $133.07 to get oil changed. When to get in van to leave and battery was dead. Had to leave van another day to get new battery $449.43. Van is not drove very much and only has 55,000 miles on it. So when I bring it in to get a safety inspection you would think someone would check battery. More
