I had an appointment Trent for oil change. When I was checked out, I had been there almost three hours. I feel like work is complete but the dealership is not efficient in the work. No one cared to work more proficiently, just happy work was completed. An employee had a puppy they brought out on a leash a few times and although the puppy is cute, it was very unprofessional.
