Jacob took care of us for our appointment last March 26, 2022. We had our tires replaced as well as our brakes. They did some maintenance as well. I was checked in, confirmed details and was on my way within 5-10 minutes. Communication on my service call was excellent, and upon return was again met with immediate care. My visit was explained to me, the statement provided was identical to the visit as explained. My ticket was closed out quickly, and I was shown to my car, which was cleaned inside and out. I took in my 17 year old vehicle, and they showed no care whatsoever. My digital screen was covered in grease and fingerprints. My rear bumper had a chip on it. So if you go in with 1 problem, expect 5 coming out!!! IT’s SAD that I’ve been restoring the car for the past 3 years just to have some dude scratch my paint and chip my bumper… from the place that’s supposed to take care of your vehicle. Smh terrible!!
