It’s always a great experience to visit Tim Dahle Infiniti. The reason for my visit was a service call on my vehicle. The service area including office locations are always extraordinarily clean and organized. I was met by a representative named Jacob Alviso who recognized me and called me by name. I was checked in, confirmed details and was on my way within 5-10 minutes. Communication on my service call was excellent, and upon return was again met with immediate care. My visit was explained to me, the statement provided was identical to the visit as explained. My ticket was closed out quickly, and I was shown to my car, which was cleaned inside and out. The visits are always incredible and I thank the team at Tim Dahle Infiniti for always going the extra mile. More

I took in my 17 year old vehicle, and they showed no care whatsoever. My digital screen was covered in grease and fingerprints. My rear bumper had a chip on it. If you’re thinking about getting any repairs or diagnostics done here. DON’T DO IT!!!!!! they show no care towards your vehicle, unless of course if it’s purchased from them. So if you go in with 1 problem, expect 5 coming out!!! IT’s SAD that I’ve been restoring the car for the past 3 years just to have some dude scratch my paint and chip my bumper… from the place that’s supposed to take care of your vehicle. Smh terrible!! The dealer ship seriously overcharged for the lower right light replacement for my EX 37. They wanted approx $600 to replace a broken lens and light bulb.
