Absolute worst customer service from the General Manager. We had some disagreements with the contract and Richard Benz, the general manager, laughed in our face and told us too bad we had to deal with it. Richard refused to help the situation and instead mocked us, was sarcastic and made fun of us in front of his other employees. It was the worst customer service we have ever experienced. The owner of the company fixed the situation, however, he was in the room with Richard when he was insulting us and did not stop him. I would not recommend going to this place. If we had not signed the contract before this all happened we would have walked away and went to Bountiful Mazda. I recommend Bountiful Mazda any day over these guys. More
