On February 23rd my 2017 Chevy Volt suffered a major electrical malfunction. I had it towed to Tim Moran Chevrolet in Hemet, CA. Early the next morning, Alex Ramirez was in contact with me and kep electrical malfunction. I had it towed to Tim Moran Chevrolet in Hemet, CA. Early the next morning, Alex Ramirez was in contact with me and kept me informed daily about the steps being taken to discover and remedy the problem with my car. The issue was from the BATTERY ENERGY CONTROL MODULE, or BECM for short. The module has an extended warranty and Chevy repaired and replaced the item free of charge. The vehicle has run perfect ever since and I must say it’s one of the best vehicles I have ever owned! Moreover, the professional conduct, attention and service that Alex and his crew provide to my emergency is outstanding. Thank you with deepest gratitude! More
