We purchased the truck if I had not signed the paperwork I probably would have gone somewhere else. I had an appointment on Tuesday to have recall work completed on my SUV. No one contacted me to let me know they wouldn't be able to get to it. I called every day for an update and was repeatedly told completed on my SUV. No one contacted me to let me know they wouldn't be able to get to it. I called every day for an update and was repeatedly told there was no information. By Friday, I finally called and told them I was coming to pick up my vehicle. Miraculously, the recall work was completed before I arrived. That left me questioning why I wasn't kept informed all week. I was also told they would let me know the cost of another part that needed to be replaced, and I still haven't heard back. Communication and customer service were very disappointing. More

They actually were changing the brakes on the vehicle I was buying before I got there because they were prepping for my visit and realized the brakes needed replaced before sale and did not add or subtract from price or my trade in (I felt). If I had any issues it was how much time I spent to complete deal, the brakes getting replaced set us back so I don't fault them on that but getting final paperwork done took awhile as there were a lot of customers in that day. Financing went well I just feel they could use another finance guy to help move customers through faster. Overall good experience and happy with my deal. More
