Nick also only partially removed the sticker from the windshield I had to take a razor to it the next day to remove the rest of it. He knew the key fob battery was dying but still didn’t replace it but instead told me to hold it close to the steering wheel to start the truck. Low fuel and low def light were on it was past due for an oil change and a fuel filter Check engine light was on low coolant light was on, shook like crazy when driving it I immediately got it contact with the dealer the first person I spoke to told me not to worry they would fix it but 25 days later !! When I finally am able to get in touch with the owner he tells me he’s not paying to fix any of the issues and my only option was to pick another truck from there lot and they’d swap me out. I told them to send my truck back and they could have there’s and they refused he told me he was the “end all be all” of 13 dealerships and I could pick a truck from any lot I pick one he says oh it has to be from my lot now I can’t get one from there. After days upon days we come to a agreement on a truck that was more then I wanted to spend but I felt like it was my only option and when this truck arrived of course over due for service over due for fuel filter less then half a tank of fuel and less then 1/4 def due for trans oil change several dents on the so called “flawless truck” and they tried to say they weren’t going to transfer the extended warranty that I had paid over 4000$ for not to mention the multiple stories the salesman who delivered my truck told me about bill willohby screwing people over and said he was prob gonna leave soon beacuse it maid him sick to do the things bill made him do to people. I dealt with prob 5 different people that would each just tell me what I wanted to hear for bill to come along and say they wouldn’t do what there salesman and managers said they would. Save yourself some headache and buy elsewhere. More
