I had a great experience initially, but unfortunately, the condition of the vehicle at pickup completely changed my impression. During my test drive, the change oil light was on. I mentioned it because the condition of the vehicle at pickup completely changed my impression. During my test drive, the change oil light was on. I mentioned it because I had been told that all vehicles receive a thorough inspection, including checking fluids and changing the oil. I specifically asked that the vehicle be serviced before my wife and daughter picked it up. On their drive home, the low oil light came on. They stopped and had the oil checked, and the vehicle was almost two quarts low. I later had it serviced, and the mechanic told me the oil filter was old and the oil did not appear to have been changed recently. The vehicle was also supposed to be detailed before pickup. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not what I expected, and my daughter ended up having it professionally detailed. I understand that things can get overlooked, but these were issues I specifically asked about before pickup. What was most disappointing was that I later called and asked to speak with the GM and never received a return phone call. Unfortunately, based on the overall experience and lack of follow-up, I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
