The buying process was pretty simple and easy but once they got what they wanted (my money) they essentially had no care in the world. Sold me a truck with 2mm of tread, not even legal for steer tires and they got what they wanted (my money) they essentially had no care in the world. Sold me a truck with 2mm of tread, not even legal for steer tires and I never said a word about it and bought tires which they would not even mount and balance for me, well the would of course for $300. They put it in writing that they would detail, service, fix the non functioning running boards, and fix the non functioning tire sensors. They had the truck for 6 days after I had already bought it and I called and called and all I was told was that they would call me when they heard something, and the salesman Josh and service person gave me very unnecessary attitude and smart aleck answers through every interaction (how dare I want answers and timelines for the $59,000 GMC Sierra Denali 2500HD that I have already signed and purchased) as well as no one called me with any updates or information. I ended up calling the Chevy dealership they sent it to and had to find out myself that they had already given them (Tim short) the truck back and the lazy careless salesman that had already got his $59k deal finished didn’t care enough to call me so I had to call him to inform him that my truck was ready and that I was coming to get it. They left mud in the cracks of the seats front and back, dirt and such in the cup holders door handles and any other storage areas, green algae on the mirrors and roof where it seems that it had been sitting, the bed covered in mud, obd2 wires and what I assume to be an old gps tracking box from previous ownership just hanging in the footwell and more examples of pure carelessness and laziness. They claimed they couldn’t fix the running boards so they squared up by giving me a check for $500 as if they would replace a rough country powered running board, but hey at least it’s something, they failed to even attempt to fix the tire pressure sensors like they agreed to do which I didn’t notice until I was already gone. I ended up fixing them myself with a $15 amazon tpms tool, thank god because after 2 days of back and fourth they finally agreed to fix what they said they would but I was going to have to drive almost 2 hours one way to get them fixed then 2 hours home. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place unless the vehicle you’re purchasing needs no cleaning, service, repairs or anything else at all that would require them to hold up their end of the deal, it’s very obvious that they don’t care about anything that happens after they get you to sign the papers. I will however say that the owner was very helpful and kind and easy to deal with and gave me what I consider a fair deal for my trades and also took my truck and Harley for trade. Just don’t expect a salesman or service member to hold true to what they say. The service department person also said he would call me back as soon as he found out and answer no matter if it was a no or a yes an he of course did no such thing. More
