I call back, and the same thing happens over & over. It is very frustrating when you can’t get what you need that should have been in your new vehicle or paperwork to begin with. Tim Short wants to sell vehicles but after you make the deal and leave with the new vehicle they turn their back on you. More

He knew the key fob battery was dying but still didn’t replace it but instead told me to hold it close to the steering wheel to start the truck.
