We met with Caleb, somehow Bill Willoughby got involved. The vehicle was listed online for a certain price. I was given my monthly payment and an amount offered for my trade in. We agreed. We got home and I said the cash money we paid was never factored in because I had my payment amount before we were even asked. We thought ok maybe a mistake we called for a week nobody would get on the phone to speak to us. Finally the price breakdown sheet was emailed to me and they raised the price the exact amount of cash mo ey we paid...so they pocketed our persochexk basically. There were a few repairs they were supposed to fix...they did not. Bill willoughby has several convictions/found guilty of auto fraud and deception in Scott Co so I'm not sure how he even is allowed to manage another dealership More

I recently purchased a new jeep at Tim short Maysville KY. I have purchased numerous vehicles in the past 20 years, at numerous dealerships. However, I’ve never quite met such an unethical corrupt dealers KY. I have purchased numerous vehicles in the past 20 years, at numerous dealerships. However, I’ve never quite met such an unethical corrupt dealership quite like this one. The unethical lies started with John in the finance department. Purchasing a new Jeep comes with a “lifetime powertrain warranty” so when i questioned why there was a “warranty” charge listed out as 4k+ i was given some type of xx reasoning that it simply “came out of the interest” No sweetheart- that’s not possible so try again. I again stated i didn’t want an additional warranty is this was some xx they pull to make more money- as it’s not necessary for me. So i was assured now that it was only listed separate due to the IRS not being able to allow anything be added for free aka power train warranty. Again, i stated that didn’t seem correct and questioned it. And again told i was NOT being charged for a separate warranty. (The power train warranty and the extended overall warranty comes from the same AGWS company. I followed up with my sales person Marcus, explaining the situation and was ASSURED 100% that he and BILL THE GM OF THIS LOCATION would submit a claim and have this 100% taken care of. Weeks later, no response. I take it upon myself to contact AGWS and inquire about this, in which i was informed that the dealership had no taken care of anything in any manner. I take matters into my hands and explain the situation myself- and start a claim which would be sent directly to the dealership. Weeks later, i followed up directly with AGWS regarding the status of the claim, and was informed it was sent to DUSTIN at TIM SHORT on 7/22(6 weeks prior) and was only held up by their approval. I reached out for days straight and left messages for DUSTIN to return my call, and shockingly I was not contacted by him or anyone else from the dealership. With this being said, I am quiet confident that this has happened on SEVERAL ACCOUNTS TO SEVERAL BUYERS AND I HOPE EVERYONE CHECKS EVERY ASPECT OF THEIR PAPERWORK AND HOLDS THIS UNETHICAL DEALERSHIP ACCOUNTABLE ON PRINCIPLE ALONE 💯 More

My experience with Tom Short dealership was not what I expected. They sold me the truck $16,000 above what was advertised, which was partially my fault.
