I was told by the salesman i qualified for 3 incentives on the new car. I did'nt receive any. On their web site they advertise a $500 rebate on new vehicle purchase. I did'nt receive it. Before i made the 4 hour trip i talked to the general manager/partner he quoted me trade allowance on my 2 vehicles i was tradeing and said he would honor the internet price. He did honor the trade allowance but did not honor the internet price. They also charged me $899 doc fee. When i ask whats the break down on the fee i was told that its regulated by the state. When i got the new car it had a 1/8 a tank of fuel in it. I ask if i was getting a full tank and was told no. Both of my trade ins had more fuel then the new car. They did not go over any of the warranty on the new car. I find the dealership to be misleading, Uneducated on new car incentives, untruthful and unprofessional. I would not recommend them. More
They are trying to revamp their system but still have a long way to go. I finally got something done that has taken almost a year to get fixed and it was not done completely as they did not fix the light t long way to go. My vehicle got scratched while in their possession, and I am told that will get fixed so I am now waiting again for more damage repair to be done. More
Wasted two days on what could have been an easy sale, with sales' verbal and texted agreements not honored. Very good experience. Friendly salesman and manager. Finance couldn't answer questions. Wish I had paid cash like I went to do. Refinancing ended up costing $1000+ more. Great sales person. Great price on a Jeep that i have always wanted. It had the WOW effect with low miles. They made it a simple process with no pressure to purchase. A couple of things were weird but overall a wonderful experience. I will purchase another vehicle in the future from them and refer them to my family and friends that are in search of a new vehicle.
