Was very disappointed in this dealership. Not in the truck I bought but the people. We agreed to a price the day before. Traveled 1.5 hours meet the sales guy. Very nice polite young kid. Started doing the paperwork when a manager came by and said he couldn't sell it for that...6k more he could. A complete bait and switch. Long story short..these management people were un trusting and complete jerks. We demanded to speak to the general manager or owner. Was there for 2 more hours. Told them that the price he was trying to sell it to me for is higher than what's listed. Showed him. We screen shorted it...he left..right in front of us the price was raised. We screen shotted it. Simply put ..we busted them. We were not happy customers even more. The sleezy car salesman were at their best but was uncovered. The show room had signs of Code of Ethics, customers are not to leave unhappy. We'll after being told the general manager was in a meeting this guy told us to come over to him...he was the gm and was not in a meeting but was there all along. We were recording everything. He demanded we turn off camera which we did...he said they were taking the loss and selling it to us for the price. Do not trust them. Will bait and switch. Great car at a good price but the dealership needs to act accordingly and do what the post on their walls. More

Liars and crooks! I paid $10,000 down on a $23500 truck and was told after taxes and license fees and warranty that I was financing $17,400. When I talked to the bank I paid $10,000 down on a $23500 truck and was told after taxes and license fees and warranty that I was financing $17,400. When I talked to the bank with the loan they told me that I was financing $23,000! The lender said that the warranty was $5000! She also said that the payment would have been $320 a month had I not gotten the warranty. The dealer said $389 a month before warranty was mentioned and said that the lender drops 1% if I get the warranty which the lender informed me was a lie! I also found that they raised the price of the truck by $1400 in the paperwork! This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had! More

Scheduled for routine maintenance and safety recall correction. Estimated time was 1hr. Work was completed in a little over 2 hrs. The inside of my vehicle had sweat and oil dry from the shop worker correction. Estimated time was 1hr. Work was completed in a little over 2 hrs. The inside of my vehicle had sweat and oil dry from the shop workers which was less than ideal. As I drove away, the front driver’s side tire was making a rotational noise so I took it back. After tire rotation, one of the balance weights was hitting the caliper causing the noise. Shop balanced tire and corrected upon request. Total time from start of service until leaving satisfied was 3.5 hrs for an oil change, tire rotation, and safety recall for seatbelt bolt torque. Not satisfactory in my opinion. More
