I love the car! There is absolutely nothing wrong with it at all. It was the whole purchasing experience that will never allow me to go there again. It was like no one knew exactly what they were doing. Finally when it came down to signing I had told them I would pay for the taxes that day and gave them my debit card. I told them to put the money for the tags, title and license on my financing. They told me that the taxes were $927 and the tags and license were $899. Which was listed on the financing documents as Tim Shorts documentation fees. A week later they called asking when I could stop by and pay them $476 for the tags, title and license. I told them I’m not because it was on my financing documents they asked me to send a copy of my receipt where I put the money down for the taxes. I was like sure but don’t you keep a copy? They responded ugh yeah but it’s easier if you send it. Okay. The next day I sent the information and he was like your all good misunderstanding. I was like I want you to break down the document fee because it’s listed as $899 and your only asking for $476 and he was like your all good no worries. I said if I want to be a butthead you owe me money. I left it at that. At noon that very same day I get a text from Kate in finance stating I owe them $500 and I need to contact them to pay it. I went off on Kate in finance and broke down everything above. She tried to say that $927 was listed as a down payment instead of the taxes and I told her no my problem their finance team doesn’t know what they are doing but I paid it and you charged me $899 for a documentation fee on top of the amount of the car and I’m not paying for anything extra. I also told her I’ve never experienced anything like this after purchasing a vehicle. She said she was going to talk to John or whatever his name is and get back with me. She called back stating all good misunderstanding and I let her know I understand why people say not to buy from them and this is why they are always in the news! Then the very next day I get another text from Tre stating I need to come in to pay the $500 and I texted back you better talk to Kate or you will be hearing from my lawyer. Kate responded back that this was an automated system and I will not be contacted any further. I haven’t, thank God but this was a horrible experience and I will never be back. More
