So this Dealership is like any other. They will absolutely lie to you. Waste your time and given the chance your money. Drove an hour to get to them. I called ahead and negotiated a price with the sales team before making the drive. When I arrived, the salesperson completely denied ever agreeing to that price. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - they sold me a Nissan Armada they knew was damaged - front sensor the makes cruise control work was knocked out of alignment. When the local dealer called to see if they would pay for the repair, the manager said "no" and hung up. $700 repair bill. Then I received an adverse action letter stating my 820 credit score prevented me from receiving a more favorable rate. This was the finance manager ripping me off again. I plan to pay off the loan today and hope the bank withholds any incentive/commission they might receive. (I know a lot about dealer financing from my work in IT supporting a dealer finance group at a bank.) My advice - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE More
I've never been to this dealership before but it was easy to find right off the AA highway, had the car I wanted, and was very accommodating during the test drive and deal making process.
