we bought a 2000 toyota 4runner and within 3 weeks of owning the vehicle we have major problems with the rear end leaking, check engine light on indicating a misfire and making the car run very bad, we h owning the vehicle we have major problems with the rear end leaking, check engine light on indicating a misfire and making the car run very bad, we have gas and or oil in the coolant indicating a possible blown head gasket. These are no small issues, they could add up to thousands of dollars to fix. We took the car to the dealer and after almost 3 hours of waiting and watching them squirm and talk on the phone and act shady they told us they would not fix any of it!! They actually had the nerve to tell us they did us a favor by selling us that car because our credit wasn't very good. So because we don't have great credit we don't deserve a quality car and quality service, we should just be happy they sold it to us. Nevermind the fact that we put $3000 down on the car, and have a $300 payment for the next 4 years on a car that isnt even driveable!! This is a horrible dealership!! BEWARE!!!! More

He was up-front, honest and told us exactly what he could and could not do for us. The dealership was flexible, open and fair. They found a very good finance rate package for my car. After a very bad experience at Hatch Toyota in ShowLow, Tim's was the complete opposite. I will take my business to them again. And I encourage other people to check them out.
