Some required him physically going out to look at the truck. (Several times!!!) His response was No Problem!!! When we were finished speaking I felt very comfortable that this truck was worth the trip back. The next day my son went back to Timbrook Ford, spoke to Ben and bought the truck. Very happy customer.
