We provided assistance with an alternate transportation for over 50 days with no admission of fault at no cost to you. This was just a goodwill to help you during this moment. Any conversation had in attempt to describe or demonstrate a possibility of event or situation from our own experiences, was not meant as a disrespect or insult to anyone, as it might had been taken out of context. As a probability, and most likely, something else caused this situation still exist, your automotive insurance has taken financial responsibility and had deemed your vehicle a total loss. If they felt there was negliegence in any way, they would be persuing reimbursement from our insurance company, further actions or proof-sharing would be handled between them directly, not the dealership. We would be delighted to work with you and offer a car at a great price, utilizing some or all of the money your insurance paid you for the total loss of your Jetta towards this purchase.
