We usually don't have good experiences at car dealerships, so when we went in we told Hershel we didn't want the run around and he was VERY helpful. And if someone said I was rude and even if I didn't think I was I would say sorry regardless. Hershal and Brian were great and when we came back for a second look and a test drive we had a very good experience. They were very friendly and answered all our questions. Also when we came back up to Parkland to get our antenna Hershel came in on his day off to help us with that and getting a remote. Thank-you very much. I went into this dealership about a week ago to check out some silverados. When i first walked into the dealership the first guy seemed a little upset when i asked for another sales guy. Roland was the perfect car salesman. He ran around gathering cars for us to drive, when those didn't work he kept after it until we found one we liked. We LOVE the car he sold us.
