I went to Lakewood Ford to buy a used car, thinking I could not afford a neww one. My salesperson was Robby Garret which by the way is great. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service was extremely fast and additionally I was informed my tires didn't need to be rotated due to wear. The marketing geniuses in the head shed appear not to know what they are doing. Also, their service appointment notification process involves an out of state robot phone call with a suspicious looking Caller ID that made me want to not answer the phone. Is it too hard to have a person make the reminder calls, and have them originate from Lakewood Ford? More

Bill Moss was excellent. He went above and beyond to find me and my wife exactly what we wanted. He is definitely someone I would do business with again if I needed another vehicle.
