I just picked up my 2012 Mercedes-Benz C300 sport from Today's Collision. I am more than extremely happy with their work, customer service, time management, etc. The day I got into my accident, I called Today's Collision. Once I arrived in the tow truck, I was accompanied by Matt waiting outside, with the rental already in the parking lot, running and warm ready for me to drive alway. After I provided the insurance information to Matt, I only heard from him once to tell me that my car was ready, 3 days earlier than she had inticipated. Once I arrived today, Matt brought me directly to my vehicle which looks better now than it did when I bought it last year brand new. It was fully detailed and shining clean. After gathering my receipts, I was on my way. The customer service that this company provides is remarkable and unbelievable. I'm extremely happy with their services! More

Today's was very quick with turnaround and helped me make sure it was a very smooth process from start to finish. They did everything from arranging the towing of my car, working closely with my insura make sure it was a very smooth process from start to finish. Looking for a great place to have body work done on your car, then this is the place to go. After being involved in an accident my car was brought to Today's Auto Collision in Malden. The car was immediat car, then this is the place to go. After being involved in an accident my car was brought to Today's Auto Collision in Malden. The car was immediately looked at and I was told that I would need to rent a car as the car was to be worked on the next day. The rental company is also located at Today's so I had a car within minutes. The reception staff was spectacular in explaining all that was going to be done and that Bobbie Cobb would call me with and estimate of how long it would take. He called me later in the afternoon and told me what needed to be done and how long it would take. He was very true to his word and I received my car as promised and in very great condition. It was like driving out with a new car. Great job, and detailed like new. I would greatly recommend Today's Auto Collision to anyone who needs body work.
