Staff was very professional. The experience was pleasant for the most part. Had a little bump in the road with a high interest rate that my wife and I were not going to accept especially since our credit is for the most part. It was almost a deal breaker for us because we have very strong credit. Low balled us on our trade in but did ask if we were Costco members which saved us some money.
