He kept me informed the entire time, made everything easy, and followed through on every detail. The car came back spotless, the work was done right, and the whole process just felt dialed in from start to finish. The techs clearly knew what they were doing as well, the video was helpful, everything was explained in a way that actually made sense, and nothing felt rushed or sloppy. The pricing was fair, the tires were exactly what I wanted, and the overall quality of the work shows. At this point, it’s less about choosing between BMW, Mercedes, or anything else. It’s about where you know you’re going to be taken care of, and for me, that’s here. If you’re anywhere near Jacksonville, go to Tom Bush on Atlantic Blvd and ask for Tucker.
