1st Service and Warranty Issues Had 8:00am appointment for 1st Service of my X3 BMW and some Warranty issues. At 10:30 am we are complete reviewing Warranty issues, no service codes Had 8:00am appointment for 1st Service of my X3 BMW and some Warranty issues. At 10:30 am we are complete reviewing Warranty issues, no service codes so NONE addressed. In fact on three issues was told on service report that the car didn’t have the functionality when in fact it really had so tech really had no idea of car. Makes you wonder if the 1st Service was really done. Called to talk to Service Manager and was told with a Customer and would call back. No call back. More

Great experience! We bought 2019 Mini from Romina. She was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We drove from Orlando and traded our X5 - when we pulled into the We bought 2019 Mini from Romina. Normally we take what is available but we decided to have one built to our specifications and that experience was awesome. Abe worked with us waiting for the the best possible deals and locked us in to a good rate. Also he stayed on top of the build and was able to ensure it was built to our specs. He caught that a trim code was incorrect and was on top of it. The financing experience was great with Sheila she was personable and very efficient. The dealership has always been attentive to our needs and is our second purchase from them. Definitely coming back. More

Long time MINI owner - will never get one again I went to this MINI for 5 years.... with my 2012 MINI Cooper S and with my 2017 MINI Cooper 4 door, that I only got b/c my first car was brought in 3x I went to this MINI for 5 years.... with my 2012 MINI Cooper S and with my 2017 MINI Cooper 4 door, that I only got b/c my first car was brought in 3x for the same issue (within a year & a half) and they didn't fix it correctly...... Wayne is weird, condescending and rude. I came in b/c my tire pressure lights were on in my new MINI after running over a screw (and patching it myself). They had my car from a Tues - Fri when nothing was wrong with it, they just readjusted the tire sensor. No one called and told me what was going on with my car at all. Wayne offered me the wheels & tires off his wife's car?!?!?!?!! I have NO idea why. Then, b/c no one called me and told me what was going on, Wayne then emailed me and threatened to charge me for the days I had the loaner.... then (although I'd never so much as raised my voice to anyone there in 5 years... even after having to bring my old MINI in several times for the same issue) told me I needed to "act professional" when I came to get my car. He also told me I was not allowed to bring my car there any longer for maintenance - or anything really. I would absolutely not recommend this place. I would discourage anyone from working with Wayne. I have vm transcripts and the emails he sent me saying all this as well - I'll show them to any & everyone, just ask. When I can, I'll get rid of this current MINI and will never own one, nor recommend them ever again. More
