This past year, I have had the pleasure of having Dylan Mixon as my service advisor. For years I have had horrible service, to the point I was turned away when the vehicle had an actual severe issue…Now Dy Mixon as my service advisor. For years I have had horrible service, to the point I was turned away when the vehicle had an actual severe issue…Now Dylan enters and all hope has been restored! He makes sure my 2022 X5 is working tip top and if he is booked he sends a tech to my home to make sure there isn’t anything that needs to be addressed. He is always on top of things, because he cares. He should be the service manager because he is THAT efficient. Before Dylan I was driving to Gainesville for service or purchase, but now I will take my ‘Queen B’ closer to home for care all thanks to Dylan! More
