The worst service I’ve every experience Service person Clem provides unprofessional service. BMW had my car a week adding up a whopping $995 repair bill only to break down again 20 mins of Service person Clem provides unprofessional service. What a disappointment!!!! I was told that I needed $1,200+ for repairs to my Z4 convertible top that were not covered by my warranty, which I do have. The problem is, I was also informed that this may fix the problem, but they were not sure. Still trying to figure out what kind of customer service and troubleshooting this was. Reached out to BMW USA and NEVER received a return call. I guess I no longer have a convertible or respect for BMW. More
