TERRIBLE SERVICE There is only one word to describe my experience here at Tom Bush BMW Orange Park TERRIBLE. I dealt with Jonathan who works in the service department and he was very rude and did not show much customer service skills. He didn't provide with me with many options and made me feel like I did not have the money to get the repairs done on the vehicle. I was then told that my vehicle wasn't even put on the machine for a diagnostic test that they only looked at it and determine what the issue was. The outcome was that I needed to purchase an entirely new engine which was going to cost me $22,000. Mind you I was still charged the $137 fee for the diagnostic test. I called back to speak with the services manager and I was told that he was with a customer and to have my message forwarded to voicemail. Is that world-class customer service, I think not. More
