I was looking for a newer model BWM. There were no pressured sales pitches or efforts to just get me 'to buy a car' as I found at other locations. I looked at and test drove several cars over a 2 month period. In the end, I purchased the perfect car, a 2011 550. Everything went smoothly from my trade-in to finalizing the purchase. I originally had my car towed in for service. The repairs were going to take some time and I got into a conversation with Mike. I am quite happy with the whole experience there throughout the whole ordeal. I'm from out of town and my car had broken down. Considering that I could have waited for an extensive and costly repair on the last day of my vacation, I feel quite lucky to have run into Mike at an opportune time for both him and me. I still haven't had time to familiarize myself with all the cars features, but did have a quite enjoyable drive home, reminiscent of the ride home that I had with my first BMW.
