As soon as I got out of my car, I was greeted by Florin Grunberg in a friendly manner. We discussed my needs and wants and located a car. It was a hot day and as soon as we entered the sales show room, Florin had a bottle of cold water for me. In negotiating the sale, there awas absolutely no pressure. In fact the car had an option (DVD system)that was absolutely useless to me in my situation. Florin and another gentleman, Rick (whose name escapes me), but who I think was in finance, worked with me to locate the exact car without the useless option. With further respect to the negotiations, Florin and Rick were able to put me into a financial arrangement that fit my desired payment schedule. When my wife arrived to sign the paperwork, she wanted a coke. Rick went and found one for her and made her comfortable. Previously, when I purchased a car there would be interminable negotiations and the sales person would leave to see the unseen or otherwise invisible person who would approve or disapprove a deal. That did not happen with this dealer. Everythin was open and "on the table". There were absolutely no problems, hidden costs or impediments to the sale. Everyone involved in this sale acted professionally and courteiously. More

It was in the shop after 2 month had the whole engine pulled apart. They then told me it was bad gas! in the shop for 15 days for bad gas are you kidding me!!!!!! The car was a lemon. I went to the GM ihab and was really upset he told me there was nothing wrong with the car! It got to the point when I went in to speak with Ihab he left the building. And Tom my sales man was so rude to me Ihab didnt let him speak to me! My question is, Why if your sales man is so rude would he still be employed????? I ended up selling the car and lost $12000+ After all of this I looked tom bush up on Google wish I had done this before... Just type Tom Bush in to google and the reviews speak for themselves. More

Going to a car dealership for a new vehicle used to be an unpleasant experience because of high pressure sales staff. (I'd rather get a tooth pulled.) I had visited 2 other dealerships prior to meeting Lola and Rick at Tom Bush. Lola Vivrica met me outside while I was looking at a car. She was extremely knowledgeable about each car and didn't pressure me. She e-mailed me with information after the sale and kept in touch to make sure I was happy with my new vehicle. She treated me more like a friend than a "potential sale". Rick worked with me on the financing portion and price. Even when I came back to the dealership to have my car detailed, he patiently answered all my additional questions that some times arise after you've taken the vehicle home. Working with Lola and Rick completely changed my opinion of "the new car experience". They are both a credit to their profession. More
