In May 2010 I walked in to Tom Bush Orange Park headed directly for Lola. She greeted me as if we were old friends. Everyone smiled and greeted everyone it was such a relaxed atmosphere. Open floor plan the employees seemed to be happy with their jobs and just overall glad to be in the office. Immediately sat down with Lola and boy, she just took over. Asked me what I wanted... then she got to work. Next thing I know its a go!!! It was such a pleasant experience. Their is such a supportive staff. It was such a wonderful feeling. That was the best experience I ever had in a major purchase. We are happy and love the BMW Orange Park location. The sales team, service department are wonderful, pleasant, helpful. I started coming to BMW of Orange Park to have my 2008 530i serviced and have throughly enjoyed my service represen serviced and purchase a New BMW. There has never been a problem and he has always been very friendly and made sure that a loaner care was always available. He has always let me know the status of my car, etc. I recently had to bring my 2008 BMW in for a recall and as usual Greg took care of me. As I was waiting for my car (it was being washed), Greg and I walked up front to the showroom. I looked at the new 2011 BMW's and asked Greg his opinion and he said these models were outstanding. He was not trying to sell me on the car but giving me an honest opinion. Well, I really liked the lines of the car and all the new accessories, so, of course, I had my husband come in with me to look at the car. On this particular day, the dealership was extremely busy with potential customers that the General Manager - Ihab Samrout greeted us and showed us all the new features of the 2011 5-series, with NO hard sale. This is always very important to me because I prefer take my time when contemplating a new car. Ihab was extremly cordial and I felt very relaxed NO HARD SALE, which is what I really love about BMW at Orange Park. Not making a decision to purchase a new BMW, we left the dealership and Ihab was kind and made sure to give us his business card and to feel free to call him with any questions and/or concerns. A few weeks passed and we decided it was time for a new BMW, we were greeted by Ihab and Chandra Kent. Chandra was great she had the car waiting for us upon arrival (already cooled down)and ready for a test drive. She was ver cordial and pointed out all the new features of the car. She was very relaxed and NO hard sale, which in turn I was relaxed and was able to focus on the car itself. After the test drive, we went to her office and purchased my NEW BMW. The purchase itself was easy, no hassels and Chandra made sure that I knew to call her with any questions and/or concerns with my car. Chandra was very easy to get along with and is a wonderful asset to the team at BMW at Orange Park. Before driving off in my new BMW, Greg Heard came out to congratulate me on my recent purchase. I first contacted this dealership in response to my online search for a BMW convetible.
