Clem was the absolute worst with customer service, communication, and just telling the truth. I informed him that I was avoiding bring it here because of the reviews. Told me on 2 separate occasions my car would be ready the next day. Had car for 2 weeks and he called me once, and I had to call every other time after he said he’ll call me in the morning. It got so bad I asked to talk to his manager James, I explained hey the communication is bad he told me my car would be ready and then it wasn’t. James told me he would take over all communication. He told me I’ll give you a call on Friday or Monday with an update. Needless to say I called him Tuesday afternoon and asked them to release my vehicle. I then spoke to the GM, told him what was going on. He could’ve cared less. Caught him in 2 lies, told him I was coming after work, I get there just for them to tell me he instructed them to take the new parts off. I guess you have to be grimey to work there. Car there for 3 weeks I made to surprise visits and not once was my car even in the shop being worked on. Go to Mercedes down the street. They can do the same thing with much better customer service!
