After the purchase paperwork was done, he took his time and explained all the important features of the car to my wife. Even though it was roughly 30 to 45 minutes after the dealership had closed. He was under no obligation to stay and help out. But that extra step made a world of difference in my wife's experience. I could not have been a happier customer. More
