Since I needed to fly to Reno, I wanted to make sure that I had final terms before I decide to fly. Ciso confirmed that I had the final terms and there were no surprises. He replied to my question at late night and on the day of the purchase he even came to pick me up at the airport. He was never pushy and paid attention to my needs. This was the best car buying experience. I highly recommend Ciso. More

He stayed with me through the whole process. For my car set up for me to take. When I noticed later I didn't have a manual he emailed me a link to one. When I had a problem with the car a week later he helped reassure me that he would have his manager looped in, and was key in the fix, rental and everything being paid by the dealership. When I get another car or a friend is looking, I'll gladly send them to Kasey, knowing they'll be in good hands. More

Jennifer showed My husband and I had an amazing experience with the Dolan Mazda Kia. We first went in during early February to look at the Mazda CX9. Jennifer showed us the Mazda and let us sit in it. We let her know that we wanted to save up a big down payment, so we were going to try to buy in about a year. Even though she knew we weren’t expecting to buy she was still so helpful and talked to us like she was going to make a sale. She was honest and told us what people didn’t like about the Mazda and we realized, we agreed with them. She suggested we looked at the Kia Sorento, so she took us over next door and let us sit in the Kia and talked to us for almost an hour. We found out that they are not based on commission, so they don’t try and sell you things you don’t need and you could tell they were much more honest and friendly than the other dealerships we went to. Fast forward a month and a half and we decided that it would be better to buy our car now, rather than wait. We went back to the Kia dealership and Jennifer had been promoted, so Casey helped us out. He was just as amazing as Jennifer, very knowledgeable and friendly. He took us test driving and by the end of the day we were sold. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was so awesome, and again, I love that they do not work off of commission. It made the whole process much less stressful. I, personally, hate dealing with pushy sales people. Jennifer and Casey were so trustworthy, and would tell you cons as well as pros, so you knew exactly what you were getting. We would definitely recommend buying your cars from this dealership. More
